Now here are some Jackie-licious facts in absolutely no order~
1) I can't feel the upper half of my right middle finger due to a freak accident involving me throwing a pair of scissors at the floor. Good times.
2) My Zelda dress weighs about 12 pounds. Go beadz!
3) I wrote a series of science fiction novels about a girl named Cindy who was experimented on by a crazy woman named Dr. Core. Cindy was eventually turned into a cat-person (there's no connection to the the fact that these stories were written shortly after seeing "Cats: The Musical" for the first time, I swear! Not...). I was about eight years old. Not surprisingly, I started reading "Animorphs" religiously soon afterward. XD
4) I freaking LOVE lemon tart and lemon meringue pie; lemon flavored pastries are my favorite dessert treat! X3
5) I used to figure skate; I was in ISI and USFSA for 9 years before I sprained my ankle in an skating accident. After three re-sprains, I decided that it was time to call it quits. Sad times... ;_;;; I still have leg muscles like bricks though; Bruce Lee and I could kick your ass with our kicks! XD
6) I was born in the eighties and my clothing style never really left the decade. I love really clashy, tacky, cute clothing. It's a good thing that I'm into the whole Japan/anime/videogame scene, otherwise I may have never learned about visual kei, Fruits, or Tokidoki (which isn't Japanese at all, but that's beside the point...)
7) Stereotypically, I LOVE strawberries, but I started liking them before it became fashionable! lol
8) I've been obsessed with paleontology and dinosaurs since I learned of their existence. In fact, I used to pretend that construction cranes were brachiosaurs and I would shout "DIDAIDADO!!!" when every time I saw one. I wasn't so hot with the pronunciation of the word "Dinosaur" when I was about three. Seriously, "Dinotopia" was my favorite book series. I bet you didn't know there was a thousand page novel (NOT written by James Gurney, the author of "Dinotopia") called "Dinotopia Lost", did you? Well, I did, and I read it religiously, along with all of the other Dinotopia books! Yeah...I had a binder full of pictures that I drew of dinosaurs, dinosaur bones, names of dinosaurs; I had an entire shelf pretty much dedicated to books on palentology and "Jurrassic Park" (which I have memorized word-for-word, I might add; same with "JP: Lost World"). When I was ten, my dad took me to the Field Museum to see the new Sue T-Rex exhibit, and a tour of people were taking a gander at the huge brachisaur skeleton that was in the back of the museum. Their guide was telling them random facts about dinosaurs, and eventually he picked up a smooth, round stone, and asked if anyone could tell him what they thought the stone might be. I stuck my hand up and said, "Isn't that a gastrolith? For helping long-necked dinosaurs like Brachiosars digest food?" The guy was SHOCKED (haha, bitches, don't be messin' with my dino-skilz). XD Oh man, I love dinosurs. I used to think that there was an island like Dinotopia where dinosaurs had survived and become sentient. There still might be (j/k)!!! XD Now I want to go watch Jurrassic Park! XD
